Returns & Exchanges
All HeavyHittin Publishing merchandise is produced on demand specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.
However, we do stand behind our products and will gladly make it right if there is an issue on our end.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect (wrong item or design)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Size & Fit Disclaimer
· Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.
· Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues unless the item was misprinted or mislabeled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Issues
· HeavyHittin Publishing is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not retrieved by the customer
