At HeavyHittin Publishing, every product is made with purpose; built to inspire, empower, and hit heavy. Because many of our items are created on demand and include digital content, our return policy is designed to be fair, clear, and straightforward.
Print-on-Demand Merchandise
All apparel, accessories, and physical merchandise are produced specifically for each order.
We only accept returns or replacements if:
· The item arrives damaged
· The item has a printing defect
· The wrong item was received
If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
· Your order number
· A clear photo of the item showing the issue
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
· Incorrect size ordered
· Buyer’s remorse or style preference
· Normal wear and tear
Please refer to size charts carefully before ordering.
Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital content:
· 🚫 All digital sales are final.
· Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
· If you have trouble accessing your file, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
· Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
· Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or provider to complete the transaction
Shipping Costs
· Original shipping costs are non-refundable
· If a return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, we cover replacement shipping
